YOGA means the formula for achieving 'SUCCESS'.
YOGA means 'KARMA'! KRIYA YOGA -
the stepping stone to become Successful.
YOGA means to ADD. To relate 'BODY & MIND'.
To relate ATMA & PARAM ATMA
When you are convicted 100% then your mental state & physique are both
connected to each other, and that is yoga.
Our life is with full of activities at different level of ages. But it must have something
in common, i.e. CONVICTION, ATTITUDE, PLANNING, DISCIPLINE, MOTIVATION,
KNOWLEDGE, and above all FITNESS.
YOGA means not only some exercises or theories. It is a rules of disciplines for 24 x 7.
Daily routines and exercises with proper Diet. It must be a naturally daily activities.
YOGA means to follow a religion named
'PRANA DHARMA'.
YOGA means to Care and Cure to all living things on Earth.
In sanskrit it says,
" SARIR MADYONG KHOLU DHARMA SADHANAM" !
means that cleansing your BODY & MIND internally is follwing dharma
means to contain the purity.
In other word EXERCISE means BAYAM means
Bi + Aa + YOM ( DOM + SOM)
BI means Bishes = Particular, AA = Vast. DOM = Domon = To control 5 Senses & 5 Organs
Som= To resist our Intellect i.e, Mind, Intelelligency, Spirit & Pride means
MON, BUDDHI, CHITTA & AHANKARA.
As per HATHA YOGA the Six stages : YOM, NIYAMA, ASANAS, MUDRAS, PRANAYAMAS & DHYANA
are to be practised by all. But due to shortage of time people practise few of the
Asanas & Pranayamas from books or videos. But one must diognose first according his/her
Age, Body weight, physical ailments and conditions of
Heart, Lungs, Kidneys, Eyes, Liver, High Pressure.
So He/ She must consult a YOGA THERAPIST.
